Create a brand-new event blueprint, capable of producing Michelin Star quality food in an outdoor, event environment
Redwood worked closely with event agency Brand Events to create the very first Tom Kerridge’s Pub in the Park event in Marlow. The ambition was to turn a green-site into a lifestyle event capable of producing Michelin Star quality food, hosting live cookery demos, featuring a music stage and creating an intimate picnic style experience. This required a high-end build specification and hugely considered site design – since we were building the event for the very first time.
The inaugural Pub in the Park event is a prime example of Team Redwood’s ability to build a lifestyle event from the initial idea working closely with our client to ensure it meets their vision for the event.
We co-ordinated and secured the premises licence application and dealt with the relevant authorities, we developed the site design and worked with our client to craft and finesse the creative and commercial aspects into site. Following this we wrote all build specifications for the event infrastructure and managed all procurement requirements.
From a safety point of view, we were responsible for the operational plans and safety documentation and across the event days we managed event control and site management.
The first event was a huge success and sell out event – this has progressed into our client being able to hold four of the same events in year two, which we will be working with them to deliver.
