Redwood solution
The Liverpool Sound City music festival brings together an ecclectic and cutting edge selection of musicians, bands and dance acts to avid music lovers, using the working docks of Liverpool as a venue.
The in-house festival team called Redwood in to help plan the 2016 event looking for a full event management and safety solution that included event site design, licencing applications (SAG and JAG processes) and a H&S plan, as well as on site event delivery.
By taking away the stresses of logistics and planning, and looking after all the contractors, crew and concessions on site - the festival team could concentrate on developing an outsatnding showcase of music and creative content.
The onsite Redwood team managed the event site from build to breakdown with a team of xx on site, including Site Manager and Deputy Site Manager, and ran the Event Control for the entire site.
